In this blog post, we will highlight some of our favorite local businesses in Tomahawk and Minocqua, from boutique clothing stores to collector and antique shops. Twice as Nice, located off W Wisconsin Ave, is a sweet little consignment shop in Tomahawk. Reviews boast “a trendy and clean store with great prices” and “amazing bargains, great service.”

Family Traditions is a thrift/antique shop located right next door to Twice as Nice! One satisfied customer mentions “Prices are reasonable and there are two floors of things to drool over.”

Gaslight Antiques & Collectables is “tucked away on the second floor of a purpose-built retro-mall on the main drag of Minocqua” and is a favorite spot of locals and visitors alike. They highlight various local vendors in their space and have recently started promoting a new flea market they will host at their Rhinelander location. Wild Berry Market is a grocery and health food store. They offer organic produce, fresh bread, and local products. Customers rave about having an option like Wild Berry Market in the Minocqua area. Visit the deli window for a fresh lunch option of soup, salad, or a sandwich. The cranberry walnut bread is a favorite!

St. Matthias Thrift Shop, located on Front Street, is a mission service of the St. Matthias’ Episcopal Church. The St. Matthias’ Thrift Shop provides high-quality goods at affordable prices, which helps those in need and the whole community. They are staffed entirely by volunteers from the community.
